If you are in the building or construction industry you probably know that you have to complete a Taxable Payments Annual Report. We can set Xero up so when you pay contractors it records the information automatically for you and at the end of the year you can simply run the report and submit it.

If Payroll is set up correctly for you it will automatically calculate how much employer superannuation contribution you have to pay for each employee. It can also automatically populate your Payment Summaries which you can simply email to your employees.

Xero also has a document storage facility that is really handy. We can show you how to email documents to it from your phone, tablet or PC and how to organise them for easy reference.
